Tales of Halloween (USA - 2015) is the title of a new horror anthology, a project of Epic Pictures in which well-known names in horror cinema will be involved. Among them Darren Lynn Bousman (Saw II, III, IV, Repo! The Genetic Opera), Axelle Carolyn (The Halloween Kid, Soulmate), Adam Gierasch (Autopsy, Night of the Demons), Andrew Kasch (Thirsty, The Fall), Neil Marshall (Dog Soldiers, The Descent), Mike Mendez (The Convent, The Gravedancers), Dave Parker (The Bloody Hills, The Dead Hate the Living), Ryan Schifrin (Abominable), John Skipp (Stay at Home Dad) and Paul Solet (Grace). These have also just been joined by Lucky McKee (May, The Woman), for a total of eleven directors.
Tales of Halloween will consist of ten interconnected stories that, as the title already suggests, will have Halloween night in common.
On Oct. 31, an American suburb will be populated by goblins, witches, murderers, ghouls and aliens who will terrorize residents.
Tales of Halloween is currently under production in Los Angeles.
Here on the side is an interesting first poster depicting tombstones on each of which is engraved the name of a director.
