Vera Farmiga's sister, Taissa Farmiga, will be part of the cast of The Nun, the second spin-off of the saga The Conjuring. The young actress, previously seen in The Final Girls and American Horror Story, will play a nun.
The new chapter of the Warner Bros. Pictures, attualmente in pre-produzione, vede alla regia Corin Hardy, il regista dell'horror The Hallow (2015).

The screenplay for the film is by Gary Dauberman and James Wan. The latter is also its producer along with Peter Safran.
