A few hours ago Amazon Studios released three new posters of Suspiria (Italia – 2018), l’omaggio al capolavoro di Dario Argento. Due locandine sono dedicate ad un paio di stanze dell'accademia mentre un'altra ritrae la protagonista Susie Bannion (interpretata dall'attrice statunitense Dakota Johnson).
Written by David Kajganich and directed by Italian director Luca Guadagnino, this remake will debut in U.S. theaters on November 2, 2018 with Amazon Studios while in Italy it will be distributed by Videa at a date to be determined.
Plot: American dancer Susie Bannion joins Berlin's prestigious ballet school. On the very day of her arrival, however, a girl from the ballet company disappears without a trace. From that moment, Susie begins to suspect that the principal, Madame Blanc and the entire school are hiding a sinister secret.
In the cast of Suspiria there are also Tilda Swinton (Constantine, Only Lovers Survive), Chloë Moretz (Blood Story, The Look of Satan - Carrie), Renée Soutendijk, Mia Goth (The Cure from Wellness), Sylvie Testud, and, in a cameo, also Jessica Harper (the star of Suspiria of 1977).
