In the cast of More Best Wishes for your Death ritroviamo diversi attori del film del 2017 come Israel Broussard e Jessica Rothe. Quest'ultima interpreta ancora Tree Gelbman, la studentessa che era rimasta incastrata in un terrificante loop temporale. Nel primo capitolo infatti la ragazza riviveva costantemente il giorno del suo omicidio e, nel rievocare i momenti più terrificanti e dolorosi della sua morte, cercava di scoprire l’identità di chi le aveva tolto la vita. Nel seguito però Tree è costretta a morire in continuazione per salvare i suoi amici.
