Actors, in addition to Brinke Stevens (Slumber Party Massacre), Peter Stickles, Traci Burr, Crystal Loverro, Noel Jason Scott, include Ron Chaney, grandson of the famous Lon Chaney Jr.
The story of Spider Baby (1967) sheds light on the last survivors of the Merrye family, Virginia (Jill Banner), Elizabeth (Beverly Washburn) and Ralph (Sid Haig), three siblings who live under the guardianship of Bruno (Lon Chaney Jr.), the family chauffeur who has promised to take care of them. The three boys suffer from a rare genetic disease, typical of their family members, which, over time, causes them to regress mentally, socially, and physically.
The arrival of some relatives who claim the property as rightful heirs will wreak havoc, plunging the brothers into madness.
