Smile will arrive in Italian theaters on September 29, 2022.
Plot: After witnessing a traumatic incident involving one of her patients, Dr. Rose Cotter (Sosie Bacon) is haunted by strange and disturbing phenomena.
From that moment on, terror will take over her life, forcing her to confront her past to escape a terrifying reality.
