Distributed by Terror Films, the horror slasher Slayed will arrive on December 18 on Amazon Prime as a world premiere. To mark the release, Terror Films has released, online, the trailer and poster for the Christmas-themed film presented as a cross between Don't open that door (1974) e Bloody Christmas (Silent Night, Deadly Night - 1984)
The film is directed by and stars Jim Klock and Mike Capozzi.
The story of Slayed si svolge cinque anni dopo un massacro avvenuto durante la vigilia di Natale nella contea di Harris, in Arizona. Un folle assassino torna nell'impianto di depurazione, luogo della carneficina, per terrorizzare e uccidere ancora ma questa volta dovrà vedersela con l'unico sopravvissuto a quella tragica notte: un uomo che lo attende da tempo per vendicarsi.
In addition to Jim Klock and Mike Capozzi, the cast includes Coel Mahal, Kyra Kennedy, Delton Goodrum, Chuck Roberts, Jennifer Meakin and Crystal Cameron.
Slayed is produced by Klock and Darrell Martinelli, both of Code 3 Films while executive producers are Philip Snow (The Exceptionals), Danny Draven (Reel Evil) and Joe Dain of Terror Film.
