The film is directed by the duo of actors and directors Jim Klock and Mike Capozzi while Klock's Code 3 Films Production Banner and Terror Films appear in production and distribution.
The story takes place five years after a massacre that occurred during the Christmas Eve Harris County, Arizona. A killer returns to a now-defunct water treatment plant to terrorize and kill again. Questa volta però, l'unico sopravvissuto alla mattanza non aspetta altro che vendicarsi dello psicopatico vestito da Babbo Natale per quello che ha fatto.
Jim Klock and Mike Capozzi also appear in the cast along with Kyra Kennedy, Coel Mahal, Delton Goodrum, Chuck Roberts, Jennifer Meakin and Crystal Cameron.
Jim Klock himself produced Slayed along with Darrell Martinelli while Phil Snow and Joe Dain of Terror Films are the executive producers.
