Slasher.com, the slasher/horror film directed by Chip Gubera (Song of the Dead, Mil Mascaras vs. the Aztec Mummy and Academy of Doom) sarà disponibile per l'homevideo (in formato DVD) dal 7 marzo, distribuito da ITN Distribution in collaborazione con MuchoMuchoMucho Productions e Firefly Films.
Slasher.com mette sulla stessa strada l’orrore reale e quello virtuale ed è vincitore di diversi award fra cui il “Best Feature Film” al Bloody Horror International Film Festival – BHIFF, "Best Horror Feature" all'Hollywood Boulevard International Film Festival, "Golden Award" allo Spotlight Horror Film Awards e “Best Screenplay” al The Optical Theatre Film Festival 2016 di Roma. In quest'ultimo festival Jewel Shepard e R.A. Mihailoff hanno ricevuto una nomination rispettivamente come "Best Actress" e "Best Supporting Actor".
Dopo essersi conosciuti online, Jack (Ben Kaplan) e Kristy (Morgan Carter) si organizzano per trascorrere un weekend insieme. La loro meta è una romantica baita isolata di proprietà dei coniugi Myers (Jewel Shepard e R.A. Mihailoff). Superato l'imbarazzo iniziale, la giovane coppia cercherà di rilassarsi non curante dello strano comportamento che i due locatori hanno nei loro confronti.
The screenplay for the film is written by Chelsea Andes in collaboration with Chip Gubera. The latter is also a producer along with Ben Kaplan, Debbie Kaplan, Brian Mauer and Adam Boster.
Slasher.com boasts, in the cast, two major names in horror cinema namely those of Jewel Shepard (Casey in "Return of the Living Dead") and R.A. Mihailoff (Leatherface in Jeff Burr's "Don't Open That Door - Part 3"). The two are joined by Ben Kaplan, Morgan Carter, Rebecca Crowley, Adam Boster, Delious, Sarah Kaplan, Jace Boster, Josh Kaplan, Jason C. Jones and Rob Steinbruegge.
