Two years after the release of the first trailer, we are back to talk about the German fantasy-horror Sky Sharks on the release of the official trailer and release date.
In fact, after several postponements, the film will be available for video on demand starting February 2, 2021.
Sky Sharks is written and directed by Marc Fehse (Mutation) and boasts, in the cast, such well-known names in genre cinema as Tony Todd (Candyman), Naomi Grossman (The Chair), Lynn Lowry (The City Will Be Destroyed at Dawn) and director Mick Garris (Masters of Horror), the latter as Dr. Gage Creed.

In Sky Sharks, plying the skies are huge genetically modified sharks led by mutant Nazis. Following is the plot.
In the deep glaciers of Antarctica, a team of geologists discovers an old Nazi laboratory still intact, a place where strange studies were carried out in the 1940s. The discovery will uncover a top-secret German experiment namely that concerning genetically modified sharks driven by mutant pilots. Only the 'Dead Flesh Four,“ a military task force composed of soldiers who fell in Vietnam and were later reanimated, could defeat the monstrous creatures.

In addition to the aforementioned actors, the cast also includes Robert LaSardo (Autopsy), Cary-Hiroyuki Tagawa, Dave Sheridan (The House of the Devil), Nick Principe (Laid to Rest), Lar Park-Lincoln (Helen's House), Michaela Schaffrath, Micaela Schäfer, Asami (Machine Girl) and Italian actress Désirée Giorgetti (Morituris).
The screenplay of Sky Sharks is edited by the director himself in collaboration with A.D. Morel.
