Anthony Bravo also fills the role of actor in the cast playing Nick, a serial killer forced by director Miles Fowler to act in his film. Nick will thus also be the serial killer in a horror film and, under blackmail, will have to carry out all sorts of murders. At some point, however, during the filming, the multiple murderer will no longer be able to restrain his violent impulses and endure Miles's pressing demands that he place 
hopes in Nick to make a film that would make him famous.
Gregory Goodman (the producer of X-Men) handled the production. Shock Value boasts the presence of Malcolm McDowell in the cast, joined by Anthony Bravo, Zak Hudson (as the director), Janelle Odair, Michelle Campbell, Rick Shapiro and Will Brandt.
