Alpake Entertainment has dropped the uncensored red band trailer for Shiver Me Timbers, the slasher horror comedy starring a horrifying new Popeye. The film, directed by Paul Mann, will be marketed at the upcoming European Film Market in Berlin, where EuroObscura will handle international sales.
Shiver Me Timbers pays homage to 1980s horror by adding splatter and gore and takes Popeye on his most terrifying adventure yet. In Shiver Me Timbers, Olive Oyl, suo fratello Castor e i suoi amici vanno in campeggio per vedere una pioggia di meteoriti ma la notte avrà in serbo per loro una triste sorpresa quando una meteora trasformerà Braccio di Ferro in un'inarrestabile macchina per uccidere.
Il film è già stato acquistato da Gravitas Ventures per il Nord America, con un'uscita prevista per l'aprile 2025.
