A Serbian Documentary will treat the Serbian film in a very analytical way not leaving out the reactions that its vision has triggered around the world. Srpski Film in fact, it caused quite a stir and drew much criticism because of its extremely violent content inherent in the sexual sphere (rape and necrophilic acts to name a few), reasons why it was banned in several countries including France and Spain.
With more than sixty hours of behind-the-scenes footage, Biro and Koch's feature will also give space to interviews with the crew, actors, screenwriters and, of course, the Serbian director as well. These are joined by candid opinions from critics, filmmakers, distributors as well as celebrities.
Ricordiamo che Stephen Biro, oltre ad essere il leader di Unearthed Films, è anche l'ideatore/regista della saga American Guinea Pig, whose new chapters are American Guinea Pig: The Song of Solomon and American Guinea Pig: Sacrifice.
