Paramount Pictures Italia has shared the official Italian trailer for Scream 7, the new chapter in the slasher horror saga started by Wes Craven, which will hit italian cinemas on 25 February 2026.
Scream 7 is the sequel to Scream VI (2023) and is directed by Kevin Williamson, creator of the franchise and screenwriter of the first, second and fourth chapters.

In Scream 7, Neve Cambpell again plays the iconic Sydney Prescott. In addition to her, the cast will again feature Courteney Cox, David Arquette, Matthew Lillard, Scott Foley, Jasmin Savoy Brown, and Mason Gooding reprising their roles from previous films. The script, on the other hand, is by Guy Busick, the Scream 5 and Scream 6 screenwriter.
Plot: A new killer plagues the town where Sidney Prescott has made a new life for herself. The killer's presence, however, will bring out her fears, especially when her daughter becomes the next target.
