Ahead of the US release (March 10), Paramount has released, online, the new poster for Scream VI, the sixth installment of the saga started by Wes Craven in the 1990s.
The film is written by James Vanderbilt and Guy Busick, while it is directed by Radio Silence (Matt Bettinelli-Olpin and Tyler Gillett), respectively the screenwriters and directors of Scream (2022) and will debut in Italian theaters on March 9, 2023.
The story takes place in New York and features the survivors of the Ghostface murders namely sisters Sam (Melissa Barrera) and Tara Carpenter (Jenna Ortega) along with twins Chad (Mason Gooding) and Mindy Meeks-Martin (Jasmin Savoy Brown).
The four boys leave Woodsboro behind to start a new life in the U.S. city but will again be plagued by a series of murders at the hands of a killer wearing the mask of Ghostface.
In the cast of Scream 6 we find again Jenna Ortega (Wednesday), Melissa Barrera, Mason Gooding, Jasmin Savoy Brown, Hayden Panettiere and Courteney Cox, here joined by Samara Weaving (Ready or Not, The Babysitter), Tony Revolori, Jack Champion, Liana Liberato, Devyn Nekoda, Josh Segarra and Henry Czerny (Ready or Not).
