American label SRS Cinema starts pre-sales for. Scarecrowd (originally known as The Musk), il film d'esordio dell'italo-americano George Nevada. A partire da oggi, Scarecrowd will in fact be available in VHS (only 25 pieces) and Blu-ray (only 100) limited edition On the label's official website. Entro la fine dell'anno, probabilmente a partire da dicembre 2017, il film sarà inoltre reperibile in versione DVD, sempre con SRS.

Scarecrowd is a slasher-horror that pays homage to the horror cinema of the 1970s and 1980s and in which there is no shortage of humor. The film also features copious melting effects.
Scarecrowd è scritto, diretto e prodotto dall’esordiente italo-americano George Nevada il quale, per questa sua prima esperienza in campo cinematografico, si è avvalso della collaborazione di alcuni personaggi del cinema indipendente italiano. Per citarne alcuni: il regista Domiziano Cristopharo (House of Flesh Mannequins, Bloody Sin) rientra nella crew in veste di aiuto regia, di produttore esecutivo e per la fotografia; l'attore Andrea Occhipinti è il protagonista Tony Maio; la colonna sonora è di Antony Coia; le tavole presenti in Scarecrowd sono state realizzate dal disegnatore Paolo Zandon...
Plot: Farmer Tony Maio (Fabrizio Occhipinti) accidentally comes into contact with a meteorite found near his home. From that moment the man will transform into a dangerous mutant and to disguise his horrible appearance he will disguise himself as a scarecrow.
In the cast of Scarecrowd, in addition to Fabrizio Occhipinti, Frances Williams, Antony Ferry, twins Raphael and Danny Willis, Ruby Miller, Francesca DiCaprio, Marcello Iaia, Gabrielle Bergère and Marcello Toruk Albanesi.
