The Spanish horror short film Rewind is Official Selection at theOptical Theatre Film Festival 2018 for the categories "Best Short Film", "Best Cinematography" e "Best Actress“.
Written and directed by Rubén Pérez Barrena, this approximately 13-minute short film features Elizabeth (Elena Rivera), a student who decides not to celebrate Halloween but to study at the faculty. Immersed in study and music but also a bit sleepy, the young woman will be distracted by a recording coming from her walkman.
In the cast of Rewind (Spain - 2016): Elena Rivera, Eduardo Antuna, Ruben Martinez, Lucas Casanova, Joel Mutombo, Jacobo Castanera, and Pepe Gros.
Jesús Miguel Quintana wrote the film's screenplay in collaboration with the director. Photography is by Fran Fernández-Pardo while the soundtrack is by Juanjio Javierre.
