In these hours, new stills of Replace (Germany, Canada - 2017), the body horror about psoriasis, a degenerative skin disease from which the film's protagonist Kira Mabon (played by Rebecca Forsythe) appears to suffer. Directed by Replace c'è l'esordiente Norbert Keil che ne ha curato anche la sceneggiatura insieme a Richard Stanley, il regista di Hardware (1990).
Plot: Kira is a girl who suffers from psoriasis, a chronic inflammatory skin disease that makes her miserable. The possibility of replacing her skin with that of others will confront her with a very delicate and difficult choice: to helplessly watch the slow and inexorable decay of her body or to remain young and beautiful at the expense of others' lives.
In the cast of Replace, in addition to Rebecca Forsythe, there is also the well-known Barbara Crampton (Re-Animator, From Beyond) who has recently been involved in several horror films such as We Are Still Here, Sun Choke and Beyond the Gates. The two actresses are also joined by Lucie Aron, Adnan Maralm Sean Knopp and J. David Hinze.
