A Quiet Place 2: release date postponed for the third time

Paramount Pictures has postponed for the third time the release date of A Quiet Place 2, the sequel to the sci-fi horror film A Quiet Place - A Quiet Place (USA - 2018). Directed by John Krasinski, the director of the first chapter, A Quiet Place 2 (US - 2020) will see the light of day on September 17, 2021 and no longer in April.
The film sheds light on the origins of the chaos that has forced the Abbott family to live in silence and will continue to struggle for survival.

Plot: Terrifying and tragic events have forced the Abbott family to live in absolute silence lest they be hunted down and exterminated by mysterious creatures attracted by noise. When the nightmare seems to be over, lo and behold, Evelyn (Emily Blunt) and her children will have to defend themselves again but this time not only from dangerous monsters who hunt using sound but also from a new and disconcerting danger.

In A Quiet Place 2 features part of the cast from the first chapter namely Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds and Noah Jupe. They were joined by Cillian Murphy (28 Days Later), Brian Tyree Henry (The Killer Doll - 2019), Lauren-Ashley Cristiano, Djimon Hounsou and Wayne Duvall.
