A Quiet place 2: director announces the end of filming

The filming of A Quiet Place 2, the sequel to A Quiet Place - A Quiet Place (USA - 2018). It was announced by the director himself, John Krasinski, via a message on Twitter.
A Quiet Place 2 will shed light on the origins of the chaos that has forced the Abbott family to live in silence and will continue to struggle for survival in the sequel.

A Quiet Place 2 marks the return not only of the director of the first chapter but also that of part of the cast. In fact, the sequel will again feature Emily Blunt (as Evelyn), Millicent Simmonds and Noah Jupe, the three main characters from the first film. They were joined by Cillian Murphy (28 Days Later, Inception) and Brian Tyree Henry (Cocaine - The True Story of White Boy Rick, The Killer Doll - 2019).
The U.S. release date for the sequel has been set for March 20, 2020.

With a budget of 17 million, A Quiet Place - A Quiet Place has grossed more than $340 million worldwide. Written and directed by John Krasinski, the film is a sci-fi horror that veers into the drama genre.
The protagonist of the story is a family forced to live in absolute silence so as not to be hunted down by mysterious creatures attracted by noise. Isolated from everything and without uttering a word, Mr. and Mrs. Abbott (John Krasinski and Emily Blunt) and their three minor children will communicate with each other exclusively through sign language.
