Online the new images of Pretty Boy (USA - 2021), the Valentine's Day horror slasher directed by Marcel Walz (Kadaver, La petite mort, Seed 2, Blood Feast - 2016). Pretty Boy is the spinoff of Blind, a film directed by the same director in 2019 and will have its world premiere at the Popcorn Frights Festival to be held in Florida from August 12-19, 2021.
The story of Pretty Boy connects with that of the first chapter and again stars Sarah French and Jed Rowen, here respectively as the blind woman and the murderer with his face covered by a mask.
Blind Is inspired by the films of the 1970s while Pretty Boy is an homage to the slasher sagas of the 1980s. The latter also has been presented as a bloody, sexy, funny and gore film.
Plot: Pretty Boy, a masked psychopath, kidnaps former actress Faye (Sarah French), a blind woman, and then shows up with her at a Valentine's Day party where he will continue to shed blood.
In the cast of Pretty Boy: Jed Rowen (Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde - 2017), Sarah French (Clown Fear), Devanny Pinn (The Dawn), Heather Grace Hancock (Wicked City) and Jake Red.
The script for the spinoff is by Joe Knetter (Terror Overload, Strip Club Slasher), who previously wrote the script for Blind.
