The distribution date (Benetone Films) for both video on demand and U.S. theaters is set for June 19.
In Pernicious, three young American women decide to take a vacation to Thailand. Upon arriving there, in the house where they are to stay, they find inside a golden statue depicting a little girl, an object that will terrorize their sleep. Little do the three girls know that their presence has awakened the wrathful spirit of a small creature thirsting for revenge.
The cast includes Emily O'Brien, Ciara Hanna, Jackie Moore, Russell Geoffrey Banks, Byron Gibson, Jared Cohn, Sara Malakul Lane, and Thanchanok Kaewta.
