Il film è diretto da Lucifer Valentine, autore della "Vomit Gore Trilogy", una trilogia di film estremi (Slaughtered Vomit Dolls - 2006, Sacrifice ReGOREgitated - 2009 e Slow Torture Puke Chamber - 2010) in cui abbondano sesso, vomito, torture, tantissimo sangue e perversioni varie (tra cui la formicofilia) al fine di creare disgusto e shock nello spettatore.
