The official Italian trailer for Passenger is now online, the new road horror from Norwegian director André Øvredal, known for The Autopsy of Jane Doe, Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark, and The Last Voyage of the Demeter.
Starring Jacob Scipio, Lou Llobell, and Melissa Leo, Passenger is a supernatural horror thriller set to hit italian theaters on May 21, distributed by Paramount Pictures.
The film is produced by Walter Hamada under his 18hz banner, in collaboration with Gary Dauberman (The Conjuring, Annabelle) for Coin Operated, with the screenplay written by T.W. Burgess and Zachary Donohue.
Plot: After witnessing a brutal accident on the highway, a young couple tries to move on and continue their journey, hoping to leave it all behind.
But something follows them, creeping in through silence and mounting tension. A dark presence begins to seep into their reality, turning their trip into a spiraling nightmare with no way out.
