In attesa dell'uscita italiana, sono stati diffusi tre spot di Overlord (USA – 2018), l’horror fantascientifico che esordirà nelle sale cinematografiche del nostro Paese l'8 novembre distribuito da 20th Century Fox. Il film è prodotto da Bad Robot di J.J. Abrams ed è diretto da Julius Avery (Son of a Gun).
The story of Overlord takes place during World War II and features a group of American soldiers who encounter a terrible Nazi experiment.
Plot: On the eve of D-Day, a group of American paratroopers lands on Nazi-occupied French soil. Devastated by war and steeped in death, this place has now become a place where savagery and inhumanity are rampant. For here the Germans are conducting terrible experiments against their enemies.
In the cast of Overlord we find Jovan Adepo, Wyatt Russell, John Magaro, Jacob Anderson, Dominic Applewhite, Iain de Caestecker, Pilou Asbæk, Mathilde Ollivier, and Bokeem Woodbine.
The screenplay for the film was written by Billy Ray (Hunger Games).
