Released the first Italian poster of Overlord (USA - 2018), the sci-fi horror film that will debut in U.S. theaters on November 9, 2018 thanks to Paramount Pictures while in Italy it will be distributed by 20th Century Fox on October 25. Produced by J.J. Abrams' Bad Robot, the film is directed by Julius Avery (Son of a Gun) while the screenplay was written by Billy Ray (Hunger Games).
The story of Overlord takes place during World War II and features a group of American soldiers who encounter a terrible Nazi experiment.
Plot: On the eve of D-Day, a group of American paratroopers lands on Nazi-occupied French soil. Devastated by war and steeped in death, this place has been transformed into a place where savagery and inhumanity are rampant. For here the Germans are conducting horrific experiments against their enemies.
In the cast of Overlord Jovan Adepo, Wyatt Russell, Jacob Anderson, John Magaro, Dominic Applewhite, Iain de Caestecker, Pilou Asbæk, Mathilde Ollivier, and Bokeem Woodbine appear.
