The film is written and directed by Kiyotaka Tsurisaki (Junk Films, The Wasteland), a former director of X-rated films who in 1994 decided to specialize in photography and chose the theme of death. A passion, this one, that drove him to different countries around the world to take pictures of dead bodies.
Known as "the photographer of death," Kiyotaka Tsurisaki dedicated this documentary genre film to Colombian embalmer Froilan Orozco, foregrounding his hard work in one of Colombia's poorest and most infamous areas-Bogota.
