The story of The Autopsy Of Jane Doe (Regno Unito - 2016) si svolge all'interno di un obitorio/crematorio dove gli attori Brian Cox ed Emile Hirsch interpretano Austin e Tony Tilden, due medici legali (rispettivamente padre e figlio), incaricati di identificare il cadavere di una ragazza morta in circostanze misteriose. Il corpo, perfettamente conservato, non presenta alcun segno che possa rivelare la causa del decesso. Intanto, all'interno dell'obitorio, un'entità maligna inizia a manifestarsi terrorizzando a morte i due uomini.
The screenplay for the film is by Ian B. Goldberg and Richard Naing. The cast includes Emile Hirsch, Brian Cox, Ophelia Lovibond, Michael McElhatton, Parker Sawyers, and Jane Perry. The corpse is played by Irish model Olwen Catherine Kelly.
