We publish a preview of the first four official stills of Nightmare Symphony, l'horror diretto da Domiziano Cristopharo e Daniele Trani (DOP: "Oltre il guado", "Virus: Extreme Contamination").
Nightmare Symphony is a tribute to A cat in the brain (aka Nightmare Concert) by Lucio Fulci and boasts, in the crew, the presence of the screenwriter and composer of the 1990 film. The script of Nightmare Symphony in fact is by Antonio Tentori while the main theme is by Fabio Frizzi.
Instead, the cast includes Frank LaLoggia, the well-known American director of the cult film Scarlatti (Lady in White) of 1988. In Nightmare Symphony, Laloggia interpreta se stesso ovvero un regista chiamato da un produttore senza scrupoli per finire un suo vecchio film "maledetto" e mai completato. Un ex attore disoccupato (Halil Budakova) cercherà di avere una parte nel progetto ma gli orrori dello schermo si mescoleranno alla realtà .
Nightmare Symphony, prima co-regia di Domiziano Cristopharo e Daniele Trani, è una produzione UK (Ulkurzu), Italia (Enchanted Architect) e Kosovo (Hh Kosova). Nel cast: Frank LaLoggia e gli attori kosovari Halil Budakova e Merita Budakova (entrambi già visti in "Mad Macbeth" e "Virus: Extreme Contamination" di Cristopharo).
Music is by Antony Coia (Scarecrowd, Xpiation) while special effects are by Jacopo Tomassini (Last Day).
