After a series of short horror films (The Room, Play Dead, Haunt Ed), Diego Meza-Valdes and Andres Meza-Valdes, known as “The Meza Brothers,” are working on another genre short titled Night Sirens. The film is co-directed with stuntman and director Eric Mainade and will soon premiere at the Borscht Film Festival in Miami.
The theme addressed is immigration in America, one of the most problematic world social phenomena to which the horror component has been added. The story focuses on an illegal immigrant who, in order to improve her living conditions, would like to switch from farming in the fields to another, more rewarding type of work. Supernatural forces, however, will prevent her from carrying out her plans, making her regret leaving her home country.
While waiting for a more detailed plot, a poster and even the names that make up the cast, we leave below the trailer in which there are interesting sequences.
