Nekrokosm is the title of the new film featuring Panos Cosmatos, the director of Mandy, the action horror starring Nicolas Cage in 2018.
Written by Maegan Houang (Counterpart), Nekrokosm is a sci-fi horror film produced by A24 and Nate Bolotin of XYZ Films.
The synopsis has not yet been revealed, however Nekrokosm was billed as a "phantasmagorical fantasy nightmare" whose story takes place in a galaxy where two lovers are separated while trying to survive a malevolent invasion.
Starring Nicolas Cage (The Chosen One, Ghost Rider) and Andrea Riseborough (Oblivion, Nocturnal Animals), Mandy Is an homage to the 1980s horror cinematography.
The film was distributed in Italy by Eagle Pictures.
