Necrophobia 3D - Under the banner of Italian giallo with Claudio Simonetti

necro1First trailer out for Necrophobia 3D, the new film by Daniel de la Vega, the Argentine director known for his successful claustrophobic Jennifer's Shadow starring Gina Philips and Faye Dunaway.
Necrophobia 3D is the story of a necrophobic man who develops a fear of death following a traumatic event related to the death of his twin brother that deeply disturbs his psyche. Meanwhile, the people around him are being killed by someone who wants to frame him....

Written by Nicanor Loreti and Germán Val, Necrophobia 3D is a horror-tinged detective story in which echoes the famous films of Dario Argento but also Sergio Martino's magnificent Torso (The Bodies Show Traces of Rape). In the trailer, in fact, it is impossible not to notice the serial killer's clothing (raincoat, hat and black gloves), the weapons used (knife, scissors, saw) and the brutal ways in which he kills his victims, elements that are precisely reminiscent of the classic Italian gialli of the 1970s. Also important is the presence of the mannequins, which charge the film with a sense of creepiness and refer for this reason to other famous films such as Tourist Trap (Horror Puppet) and Maniac (2012 remake included). And curiosity about this film increases.

Necrophobia 3D is an Argentine film that is reminiscent of Italian gialli, not least because of the presence of the great Claudio Simonetti, who will edit the film's soundtrack.
The cast includes Julieta Cardinali, Luis Machín, Gerardo Romano, Raúl Taibo and Viviana Saccone.
