Sleepwalkers (USA - 2014) is the new film by Ryan Lightbourn, an American director who has a series of shorts behind him including Roid Rage (2011).
In addition to directing, Ryan Lightbourn himself also oversaw the screenplay, cinematography, music, production, and was also in charge of the digital effects for this new project of his made on a very small budget.
A group of five college students reach the Florida woods to spend their spring break away from the city. Here, however, the young people soon become aware of the presence of a monstrous 
creature that roams the place. Terrified, the boys socialize with a local store owner and an escaped convict, who are willing to join them in defending them from the strange being.
The cast includes Ansley Gordon, Tommy Goodman, Amanda Phillips, Ben Owen, Ben Evans, Dale Dabone, J. LaRose, Doo Doo Brown, John Russo, and Christian Kelty.
Sleepwalkers was filmed in Wekiva Springs and will enter the festival circuit this year.
