New images of Model Hunger, the film that marks the directorial debut of scream queen Debbie Rochon, a Canadian actress who is well known in the world of independent horror cinema, especially Troma-branded cinema. The protagonist of the story is played by Lynn Lowry, the U.S. actress known for her role as Nurse Forsythe in Shivers - A demon under the skin (1975) by Cronenberg. In Model Hunger she is Ginny, a 50-year-old woman who has never accepted her failure as a young woman, both as an actress and as a pin-up model. Anger built up over the years has turned her into an out-of-control woman, blinded by a strong desire for revenge. Her new neighbors, Debbie (Tiffany Shepis) and Sal (Carmine Capobianco), suspicious of her strange attitudes, will try to find out more about her.
Model Hunger boasts other well-known scream queens in the cast: Tiffany Shepis (Night of the Demons - remake) and Suzi Lorraine (Dead of the Nite). They are joined by Carmine Capobianco, Brian Fortune, Kaylee Williams, Robert Bozek, Aurelio Voltaire and Lisa Dee.
