Thanks to Vértice 360 Italy, the official Italian trailer for. Men, the violent and distressing horror film written and directed by Alex Garland, the director of Ex machina and Annihilation, as well as screenwriter of 28 Days Later and Sunshine.
The film debuted in U.S. theaters on May 20 with Rating R for "disturbing and violent content, graphic nudity, gruesome images and inappropriate language" while it will arrive in Italian theaters on August 24.
Men è interpretato dall'attore britannico Rory Kinnear (Quantum of Solace, Skyfall, Spectre e No Time to Die) e Jessie Buckley (Beast), attrice irlandese candidata agli Oscar per The Dark Daughter (2021) by Maggie Gyllenhaal.
Completing the cast are Paapa Essiedu, Gayle Rankin, Sarah Twomey, Zak Rothera-Oxley, and Sonoya Mizuno.
Plot: Following a personal tragedy, Harper (Jessie Buckley) retreats to the beautiful English countryside to find inner peace. Someone or something in the surrounding woods, however, will begin to haunt her, plunging her into an endless nightmare populated by the saddest memories and darkest fears.
