Plot: Gemma (Allison Williams) is a brilliant robotics expert working for a toy company where she creates M3GAN, a lifelike, life-size doll with artificial intelligence and programmed to be children's greatest friend and parents' greatest ally.
After unexpectedly becoming the guardian of her eight-year-old orphaned granddaughter, Gemma decides to turn to her M3GAN prototype for help with the little girl, but her decision will have unimaginable consequences.
