Online the poster for Megan (M3GAN), a horror film produced by Blumhouse and James Wan (Dead Silence, Death Sentence, Malignant), the creator of successful sagas such as Saw, Insidious and The Conjuring.
Akela Cooper wrote the screenplay based on a story by James Wan, while Gerard Johnstone (Housebound) appears in the director's chair.
Distributed by Universal Pictures, Megan will debut in the US on January 13, 2023.
In Megan, Allison Williams (Get Out) plays Gemma, a brilliant robotics expert who works for a toy company. She creates M3GAN, a realistic doll equipped with artificial intelligence and programmed to be a child's best friend.
After unexpectedly gaining custody of her orphaned niece, Gemma seeks help from the M3GAN prototype, but her decision will have unimaginable consequences.
