One year after Meathook Massacre, screenwriter and director Dustin Ferguson was in charge of the remake namely of Meathook Massacre II. A poster, official trailer and a clip are already available of this horror slasher. Also Meathook Massacre II will be released in DVD and VHS formats in February 2017.
Trama: sono trascorsi dieci anni dai terribili omicidi causati da un pazzo furioso. Ora una serie di morti sospette lasciano credere a Dan (Daniel Joseph Stier) che il responsabile sia lo stesso killer che tempo prima ha massacrato la sorella gemella e le sue amiche. L'uomo riuscirà a rintracciare lo psicopatico in una caverna sotterranea. Purtroppo però lo psicopatico non vive da solo.
