Online the poster and new official images of Mal de Ojo (Mexico - 2022), the horror film about the evil eye written and directed by Isaac Ezban, the director of Los Parecidos and segments "La cosa mas preciada" e "Villancicos" featured respectively in the horror choral México Bárbaro and Deathcember.
Mal de Ojo Is currently in post-production.
The story follows the events of Nala (Paola Miguel), a 13-year-old city girl who moves with her family to her grandmother's house in the country to try to find a cure for her little sister's mysterious illness. It won't be long before the little girl notices her grandmother's strange behavior....
The cast of Mal de Ojo consists of Paola Miguel, Ofelia Medina, Arap Bethke, Mauro González, Samantha Castillo and Pablo Guisa Koestinger.
Junior Rosario and Edgar San Juan also contributed to the screenplay.
