The cult La Nuit De La Mort! (1980) found distribution in Italy thanks to Mafarka Home Video, the new Italian label dedicated to the horror genre.
Written and directed by Raphaël Delpard, this French horror film is available under the title The night of death! in the DVD + Blu-ray combo format. The edition comes with a new 2K scan of the film made by OB Films, Italian and English subtitles, and an hour of special content featuring interviews with the director and actress Isabelle Goguey.
Plot: Martine (Isabelle Goguey) begins working as a nurse at the Deadlock House, an isolated nursing home where the elderly residents admitted have strange behavior. When the strict Madame Hélène (Betty Beckers) goes away for two months but does not take the case, Martine begins to suspect the nature of the facility's residents...

Mafarka Home Video focuses mainly on the distribution of unreleased and cult titles, mainly European and in the horror genre. In addition, the label will collect several Italian films from the 1960s/90s in the series "Italian Cult Collection" which will be initiated with the second release.
