Mother., the psychological horror film written and directed by Darren Aronofsky (The black swan), will debut in Italian theaters on September 28, 2017, with the title Mother.. In addition to the Italian release date, the poster with Jennifer Lawrence but in an updated version (the latter in fact differs from the previous for different characters) and also a new poster with Javier Bardem, the co-star.
Starring Jennifer Lawrence (Hunger Games, Passengers), the film is in competition at the 74th Venice Film Festival.
In Mother., the relationship of a couple (Jennifer Lawrence and Javier Bardem) will be put to the test by the arrival of unexpected guests whose presence will turn their lives upside down forever.
Darren Aronofsky handled the screenplay but also the production of the film (together with Scott Franklin and Ari Handel). The cast, in addition to Jennifer Lawrence and Javier Bardem, includes Michelle Pfeiffer, Ed Harris, Stephen McHattie, Domnhall Gleeson, and Kristen Wiig.
