Lost River è il titolo della fiaba nera dai tocchi surreali scritta e diretta dall'attore Ryan Gosling che con questo film esordisce anche come regista. Il cast vanta nomi di rilievo come l'immensa Barbara Steele, Saoirse Ronan, Eva Mendes, Christina Hendricks, affiancati da Matt Smith, Iain De Caestecker, Reda Kateb e tanti altri. La musica è a cura di Johnny Jewel.
Questa interessante favola oscura, suggestiva e visionaria, si concentra su ideali quali l'amore, la famiglia e la lotta per la sopravvivenza. Lost River will premiere at SXSW in Austin on March 14. It will be followed by its distribution for video on demand and in U.S. theaters on April 10.
