È online una nuova still di Lords of Chaos (UK, Sweden - 2018), the drama/horror film directed by the Swedish Jonas Åkerlund, former drummer of Bathory.
Written by Dennis Magnusson and Jonas Åkerlund, Lords of Chaos fa luce sulla vera storia del black metal norvegese e sui Mayhem, una delle band più rappresentative del genere, fondata nel 1984 dal chitarrista Euronymous. Quest’ultimo fu ucciso nel 1993 dal bassista della sua band ovvero Varg Vikernes, attualmente attivo nel progetto musicale black metal/dark ambient Burzum.
Il film debutterà nelle sale statunitensi l’8 febbraio mentre arriverà sulle piattaforme VOD il 22 febbraio.
L’anteprima italiana di Lords of Chaos invece è fissata al 26 gennaio e al 2 febbraio presso il Cinema Massimo di Torino, nella sezione lungometraggi del “Seeyousound International Music Film Festival”.
