Hélène Cattet and Bruno Forzani, authors of Amer and Tears of blood (L'étrange couleur des larmes de ton corps), direct their third feature film again paying homage to the mystery genre (but this time in a neo-western vein) entitled Let the Corpses Tan (Laissez Bronzer Les Cadavres). Per i protagonisti della storia, l'estate mediterranea non è caratterizzata soltanto dal mare azzurro e dal sole cocente ma anche da 250 kg di oro. Il bottino, rubato da Rhino e dalla sua banda, viene poi nascosto in un villaggio abbandonato gestito da una donna. L'arrivo di ospiti indesiderati, fra cui due poliziotti, trasformerà quel luogo idilliaco in un campo di battaglia.

The film will have its world premiere at the Locarno Film Festival on August 4, 2017.
