The film boasts several well-known names in the cast including those of Tristan Risk (American Mary, Fetish Factory, Save Yourself, Mania) and Bill Oberst Jr. (Circus of the Dead, Coyote, The Chair). The two are joined by Nicholas Wilder (Gut), Jennifer Lynn Warren (Creature, American Horror Story), Andrew Sensenig and Miles Joris-Peyrafitte.
Nonostante siano passati trent'anni, Elton (Nicholas Wilder) non riesce ad accettare la perdita della sorella Ayla, morta a soli quattro anni.
