La storia si svolge dopo gli eventi de Judgment Night - Election Year e vede protagonisti Adela (Ana de la Reguera) e suo marito Juan (Tenoch Huerta), due ragazzi che, sfuggiti al cartello messicano, trovano rifugio in un ranch texano di proprietà dei Tucker, una famiglia che creerà loro dei problemi.
The situation will worsen when, the morning after the Outburst, a group of masked assassins attacks the Tuckers, still continuing to break any rules and forcing the two families to ally to fight as the country descends into chaos.
Il film è interpretato da Ana de la Reguera, Leven Rambin, Will Patton, Cassidy Freeman e Tenoch Huerta.
The screenplay, on the other hand, is by James DeMonaco, the creator of the franchise The Purge as well as the screenwriter of the other chapters and the director of the first three.
The night of judgment forever è stato presentato come il capitolo conclusivo della saga avviata nel 2013 con The Purge and continued with the sequels Anarchy - Judgment Night (2014) and Judgment Night - Election Year (2016). In 2018, however, the prequel The first night of judgment.
