Krampus: premiere at Fi-Pi-Li and DVD and Blu-ray distribution.

krampusKrampus, the horror-fantasy whose story is inspired by Christmas devils, will have its Italian premiere at the Fi-Pi-Li Horror Festival on April 23. Now in its fifth year, this film, literary and theatrical event dedicated to fear and horror in film and art will take place in Livorno from April 22 to 25.

The "Christmas horror film" dedicated to the legend of the goat-men (the Krampus), is directed by Michael Dougherty (Trick 'r Treat) while the screenplay is by the director himself along with Zach Shields and Todd Casey.

As a reminder, the Italian theatrical release of Krampus, set for Dec. 4, was skipped for unknown reasons. Krampus however, will be available for home video from May 4 in both DVD and Blu-ray formats from Universal Pictures. The extras compartment is very rich, for details of which we refer to the back cover photos below.
