With a post on Twitter, M. Night Shyamalan shared the official poster of Knock at the Cabin, his new film that will debut in Italian theaters on February 2, 2023 with the title Knock on the door.
The movie is the film adaptation of the novel The house at the end of the world (The Cabin at the End of the World) by Paul Tremblay and stars Ben Aldridge (The Titan), Jonathan Groff (Matrix Resurrections), Dave Bautista (Army of the Dead), Rupert Grint and Nikki Amuka-Bird (Old).
Plot: While spending a vacation at a remote cabin in the middle of the woods, a little girl and her parents are taken hostage by four armed strangers who demand that the family make an unthinkable choice to prevent the Apocalypse. Over the next few hours, in a crescendo of apocalyptic omens, paranoia, madness, fear and rituals, the family will find themselves having to decide what to believe before all is lost.
Knock on the door is produced, written, and directed by M. Night Shyamalan, a naturalized U.S.-based Indian film director, screenwriter, and producer whose filmography includes several horror films including The Village, And the day came, Split and Old.
I love the final poster. Like some old film noir. The graphic posters are my favorite. It's a throwback film in many ways. Can not wait for you to see it in theaters. #KnockAtTheCabin pic.twitter.com/tjJ0QEaUKH
