With 01Distribution comes online the new official Italian trailer of Killers of The Flower Moon, the western/crime film directed by Martin Scorsese (Taxi Driver, Goodfellas) and starring Oscar winner Leonardo DiCaprio (Django Unchained, Revenant - Redivivo).
Based on the New York Times best-seller of the same name by David Grann and written by Oscar winner Eric Roth, Killers of the Flower Moon is an exclusive for Italy Leone Film Group in collaboration with Rai Cinema and will be released in Italian theaters on October 19 by 01 Distribution, simultaneously with the worldwide release.
The film is based on an event that actually happened in the 1920s, in the twilight of the Old West and known as the "reign of terror," when dozens of Osage members were murdered under mysterious circumstances after oil was discovered on their land and suddenly made them rich.
Killers of the Flower Moon è un film epico: una storia d’amore e tradimenti, delitti e misteri in un intrigo avvincente per la scoperta della verità . Tutto si svolge nell’Oklahoma degli anni ’20 e si concentra sull'assassinio di numerosi membri della Nazione Osage, una zona ricca di insediamenti petroliferi. L’FBI si occuperà del caso cercando di far luce sul mistero che si cela dietro quel massacro.
