Following the announcement of the US release date of Kids vs. Aliens (USA - 2022), the official trailer for the Halloween-themed sci-fi horror film directed by Jason Eisener, the director of the horror/splatter Hobo with a Shotgun (played by Rutger Hauer) as well as producer of the post-apocalyptic splatter film Turbo Kid.
Kids vs. Aliens had its world premiere at Fantastic Fest last September and will arrive on demand and in U.S. theaters with RLJE Films and Shudder starting January 20, 2023.
Kids vs. Aliens is the story of Gary and Samantha, two teenage siblings who, finding themselves alone over Halloween weekend, decide to improvise a party. Unfortunately, the arrival of aliens will turn the evening upside down, sowing terror and forcing the teens to work together to try to survive.
The cast of Kids vs. Aliens consists of Dominic Mariche (Are You Afraid of the Dark?), Phoebe Rex (The Last Divide), Calem MacDonald, Asher Grayson Percival and Ben Tector.
The script is a collaboration between Jason Eisener and John Davies, the screenwriter of Hobo with a Shotgun.
